Location: Rosemount Community Center Gym
There are 2 parking lots at the RCC, a small lot right off of S Robert Trail and a larger lot around the south side of the building, please park in this larger lot. There will be signs helping show which lot to park in. There is a floor level Loading and Unloading area that is directly attached to the gym, this is not for all day parking. RCC has warned us that people parking there will be towed at the owners expense.
Each entrant gets 1-8ft long table to show from.
There will be a lunch option at the hall both days.

There are lots of off site lunch options within 5 mins of the hall, outside food is allowed in the gym but is not allowed to be shared. Entrants with food allergies or restriction are allowed to bring in their own food. Non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the gym.
Please note!! When sending payments for each show, send it to the respective show you are attending. DO NOT SEND BOTH PAYMENTS TO ONE HOST!! These payments will be returned. For example; If you are attending Sunday only, you would send your payment to the Sunday show host. Same with Saturday, it would be sent to the Saturday show host. If you are entering both days, you need to send half of the full fee to EACH HOST. You will need to send $45 to the Saturday host and a separate $45 to the Sunday host. If you have questions please email one of the show hosts.

Medallion Division - Proxy showing of medallions is welcomed!! Proxy fees will be $1 per medallion/per day. Contact us if you are interested in entering the medallion divisions.
Rules
1. Show hall will open at 7am and the show will start at 8am both days.
Classes may begin loading earlier
2. Class limits: 3 models per halter class, 2 for performance. You may enter extra horses in a halter class for $1 each.
3. All halter classes will be double-judged for breed and collectibility (OF Classes) or breed and workmanship (CM/AR Classes). Classes may be split per judge’s discretion. JUDGE’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL
4. For a model to be judged for collectibility, collectibility information must be presented including year(s) produced, number produced, and for which event, store, etc. Any explanation concerning variation, rarity, etc is also helpful. A model without collectibility information will NOT be judged for collectibility.
5. Original Finish Open Run refers to any model with a production run of 351 or more. This includes models available through a Retailer including Christmas or Halloween horses, mid-year releases, Brick-and-Mortar exclusives, glossy variations distributed randomly to retailers, Treasure Hunt prize models, and limited runs available only through Retailers. Breyerfest Special Runs, Premier Club, Vintage Club, Stablemate Club, Collectors Club, H&H Winner’s Circle, Walkabout Farms, Mid-States Distributing, JC Penney, Sears, Toys R Us, and similar retailers.
6. Original Finish Limited Run refers to any model that was produced in limited quantities (350 and less) and not available through Breyer Retailers. This includes models such as Raffle models, Prize models, Test Run or OOAK models. Any model produced specifically for an event will also show in this division. Peter Stone DAH models go in this division.
7. Custom refers to any manufactured mass produced model that has been repainted, re-positioned or altered in any way.
8. Artist Release refers to any model that was sculpted, cast and then sold in a non-mass produced manner. Models produced by casting services are included in this division.
9. Mini sale classes are open to scales smaller than classic, including Paddock Pal/Pebbles and stablemate/Chip.
10. Micro/Bantam classes are open to anything smaller than the above requirements. Micro/Bantam models can be made of any material including pewter, resin, 3D printed, etc.
11. If a model is found to be showing in an incorrect class or division, its owner will be asked to move the model into the correct class/division. If the owner does not move the model, the model will be disqualified.
12. “Foal” refers to an equid under 2 years.
13. Always ask permission before handling another exhibitor’s models. If you damage another’s model, you are responsible.
14. No running in the show hall. This includes frolicking.
15. Do not write on the show ring tables. If you need to fill out a tag, NAN card, or placing card, please do so at your table, on the floor, or walls.
16. If a model is laid down in the ring, judges assume permission to pick it up to examine the off-side.
17. Please, be respectful of the judges while classes are being judged. If you need to ask the judge a question please wait to do so until in between classes and after they have finished judging a class.
18. Models may be shown in only one breed/workmanship/collectibility class.
19. Please use the following format for identifying models:
Models: Leg or hang tags with the model’s name and your 3 initials must be on the back, the model’s assigned breed and gender must be on the front. When placing your model in the ring, please ensure the breed/gender side is up. If the initials/name side is up, the model may not be judged.
Medallions: A leg/hanging tag or index card may be used. Since these classes are finish work only, we only need medallion name and owner intitials. Breed and gender are not required
Bantam/Micro: Leg or hang tags need to be used. They should be labeled in the same manner as other sized models. Due to their small size, tags do not need to be attached to the model while they are on the table. If tags are not attached they should be placed directly in front of the model.
20. Paper business cards will be awarded for 1-6th place. 1st & 2nd place equids will receive a NAN card in all qualifying NAMHSA classes. These cards will qualify the model receiving it to be shown at NAN in its respective class. Placings will be recorded for 1st-3rd place. Flat awards will be awarded for sectional champions and reserve champions.
21. Breed documentation is encouraged for rare breeds and unusual crosses. Please keep documentation to no more than one 8.5” x 11” sheet. Small and medium sized books are allowed, please be respectful of the space on the table. If a book or documentation is taking up too much space the judge may ask the owner to remove them from the table.
22. Drum Horses & Vanners will be shown in the Carriage class

24. Proxy showers must have another paid entrant show their models. Proxy showers may enter up to 10 horses for $25, 11 horses or more will require a full day rate of $55
25. Models may not cross enter between Saturday and Sunday. Medallions/busts are the only exception.
26. Fantasy models will only receive yellow workmanship/collectibility cards.
27. No model may depict a horse in painful or abusive situations. Zombie horses are accepted for Fantasy Classes.
28. Sculpted on tack is allowed in the form of OF halters, bridles and harness. Custom and Artist Resin models with sculpted on tack will be evaluated by the judge on if appropriate for halter classes. Custom and Artist Resin horses with sculpted on tack can be entered into workmanship classes with the understanding that the model is judged on the horse, not the tack. The judge has the final decision.
29. Performance divisions will have no more than 10 mins between classes.
30. Show hosts and Community Center are not responsible for damage to models, vehicles or other objects. Show hosts and Community Center are not responsible for any person illness. Show hosts and Community Center are not responsible for lost or stolen models or personal items.

- YES, we are accepting raffle donations!
- You MUST have collectibility information for a model to be judged in collectibility. Only models that are realistic in color will be judged in halter classes. i.e. if you have a gold charm appaloosa Lady Phase, she would be judged in the appaloosa class for collectibility only, not for breed. If you have a bay QH with no collectibility information, it will be judged in breed only but not collectibility. If you have a chestnut arabian with collectibility information, it will be judged in both breed and collectibility.
- Yes, OF China will be judged for collectibility if you have collectibility info with the model
- Artist Release is the same as Artist Resin - the name change reflects that these models are not just made out of poured/cast resin anymore.
